Job Description
Duties and responsibilities: Performs operational maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs to steam generating and heating plant. Duties may include the following: Repairing, adjusting, preserving and maintaining high and low pressure oil burning boilers, including auxiliary equipment and related items. Maintain boiler plants in operational conduction during normal shift activities. May be required to test and treat boiler feed water to maintain efficient treatment. Safety awareness and commitment at all times Communication skills Decision-making skills Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in operating and maintaining boilers.
