Credentials/Certifications Required *
EPA Universal CFC Certification; Industrial Refridgeration Certification (RETA, IIAR, GCAP, Lanier Tech); Valid driver’s license.

Job Description
This is a working manager role. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, and will work side-by-side with the Maintenance Techs to keep the facility running, in addition to handling management responsibilities. Responsibilities include overseeing all maintenance staff, scheduling and activities as well as to ensure that maximum production potential is achieved. Responsible for maintenance & repair and monitoring of all machinery and equipment within the facility, including refridgeration/freezing operations, processing and packaging equipment, electrical, process water system, and pneumatic systems. Also involved with planning and decisions of facility major expansions and changes.
