Job Description
This role involves leading our ammonia projects and Process Safety Management in close collaboration with mechanics, engineers, and production teams to maintain, upgrade, and improve plant refrigeration systems and the PSM programs across all locations. Main aspects of the role include: Manages all aspects of PSM programs to ensure employee safety and full compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements Manages all aspects of refrigeration projects Optimizes output of facility through coordination of manufacturing and scheduling of maintenance of refrigeration equipment (both preventative and repairs) Collaborate with the leadership team on construction, renovation, infrastructure projects and maintenance; provides input and recommendations to strategic 5-10 year plan.
